It is a pleasure to see the excellent work done by your crew. I was apprehensive at first about using you, a young man establishing a niche, when the industry is peppered with veterans. You, however, came, listened to our expectations and presented a quote explaining the work to be done, suggested new ideas and offered a timeline for completion of the work. We agreed to move forward with you, and you contacted the cabinet makers to coordinate that the teardown was complete for the cabinet delivery with the minimum of inconvenience to us. I was most pleased with the experience, professionalism and consideration to detail of your crew. Our condominium has very stringent rules about how the work must adhere to specific standards and time constraints. You met them without a hitch. Most appreciative to us was the cleanup on a daily basis. When ripping out walls and floors, cutting tiles and sanding drywall, dust, dirt and noise are inevitable, but you minimized the factor allowing us to live in the unit with the least amount of disruption. The work was completed in the time frame you specified and you returned for the minor touch-ups that had been explained would be required.
